Transition Training Session

30th April 2017 10.00am – 11.00am

Wilmslow Leisure Centre

£5 per session

If you’re planning to do a triathlon this year, transition training is a must. Transition is commonly regarded as “The fourth discipline” in triathlon, and doing it effectively will not only deliver a good, safe and enjoyable race but could also save you a lot of time.

This transition training session will help you:

  • have all the kit you need, where you need it;
  • get you safely and quickly out of the water and onto your bike;
  • help you deal with the renowned “jelly legs” feeling when you start your run

The session will be delivered by Pete Stock, a triathlete for over a decade who has experienced triathlons at home and abroad, including the infamous “Escape from Alcatraz”, and has represented Great Britain as an age-grouper. He admits to having made most of the mistakes possible during his competitive career, and wants to help you avoid them!
